I used drpd.cc the site itself was fine for the most part. My issue was more with the customer service, because when I actually needed help, they were just way too slow to get back to me.

I sent them a message about a problem I was having and ended up waiting longer than I think was reasonable. When they finally replied, the answer felt rushed and didn’t cover everything I asked, so I had to follow up again. At that point, I kind of blame their support team for making a simple issue drag on.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. If they’d just replied properly the first time, I probably wouldn’t have been nearly as annoyed.

It showed up a little later than expected, but you know, totally fine. I’m not making a thing out of it or anything. Overall, it got here and everything was okay.

Signing up was easy overall, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Nothing terrible, just a little sluggish in a few spots. Weirdly, I remember noticing my coffee had gone cold by the time I finished, so that probably stuck with me more than it should’ve.

Shopping on Drip Dynamics was easy enough, I found what I needed quickly and the checkout didn’t take long. I did have to double-check one page, not a big deal though. Overall, it was a good experience

The refund policy felt unfair to me. It seemed way too strict, and after buying I was basically stuck with almost no wiggle room. I get that companies need rules, but this didn’t feel very customer-friendly. I’d say I probably wouldn’t use them again because of it.

I couldn’t find much that explained how the transaction was being protected, or at least not in a way that made me feel confident. Maybe other people are fine with it, but I just kept thinking, no, I’m not comfortable putting my card in here.

So I backed out before finishing the order. If a site is taking payments, it really needs to make the security side obvious. I won’t be using it again

A little later they followed up with something like, "it’s been resolved now," and that was it. Super simple and way quicker than I expected.
